Lucy is a licensed Investment Advisor with experience in private sector and administration, particularly in private equity and venture capital portfolio. She has over 6 years’ experience in managing business relations, analytical research, corporate affairs management, and strategy implementation for various MSMEs in Zambia. Lucy holds a BA in Sociology and Development Studies from the University of Zambia and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance and strives to become a licensed ESG expert. Her role at Prospero includes supporting development and implementation of initiative strategies and overall improvement of the mining procurement and manufacturing ecosystems. She has previously worked in SME and micro-entrepreneur financing and Zambia’s Private Equity pioneer firm.
