Fred has over two years of expertise in finance, compliance, grant, and contract administration. His responsibilities include grant and contract administration, as well as assistance with the creation, drafting, and review of various types of contractual agreements. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Economics from the University of Zambia and is now pursuing an MBA in Finance at the University of Lusaka.
