Lucy is a licensed Investment Advisor with over 6 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, business relations, research, corporate affairs, and strategy implementation for various MSMEs in Zambia. She holds a BA in Sociology and Development Studies from the University of Zambia and is pursuing an MBA in Finance, with aspirations to become a licensed ESG expert. At Prospero, Lucy supports the development and implementation of strategies to improve the mining procurement and manufacturing ecosystems. She has also worked in SME and micro-entrepreneur financing and Zambia’s pioneering Private Equity firm.
Fred has over two years of experience in finance, compliance, and grant and contract administration. His role involves managing grants and contracts, as well as supporting the creation, drafting, and review of contractual agreements. Fred holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Economics from the University of Zambia and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at the University of Lusaka.
Andrew’s role at Prospero involves providing essential support to ensure the sectors operate effectively and efficiently. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Copperbelt University and a certificate in Intellectual Property from the WIPO Academy.
