Namaya has spent most of her career supporting private sector development in Zambia. Her role at Prospero involves strengthening the local impact investment ecosystem to facilitate increased investment for growth-oriented companies. Her previous work experience includes World Food Programme, Technoserve, ZATAC and the American Chamber of Commerce. She holds an MPhil from Maastricht School of Management, an MBA from Mississippi State University, a BSc in Management Information Systems from Mississippi University for Women and an Associate in Arts from Hinds Community College.
