Elita has worked in the Development and Finance Sectors for over 6 years, gaining unparalleled experience in the M & E, Research, Project Management , Investments and risks, and Entrepreneurship. She is also passionate about contributing to society by working with marginalized groups such as women and the disabled. She has worked for projects funded by USAID, World Bank, African Development Bank and the Dutch government. She is an M&E Officer at Prospero, and a holder of a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zambia.
